User Submissions

You agree not to transmit or upload any information, images or communications to any Public Area, such as the “Ask The Expert” posting area, that infringe upon or violate any rights of any party. By submitting information, images or communications to the Public Area, you agree to non-confidentiality of all submissions. 

Passwords

You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized persons have access to SSI passwords or accounts. It is your sole responsibility to (1) control the dissemination of all passwords and account information; (2) authorize, monitor, and control access to and use of your SSI account and password; (3) promptly inform IAME of any need to deactivate a password. IAME cannot and does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information submitted via your SSI account.

Compliance

IAME reserves the right to suspend or eliminate user accounts and remove information submitted by users at our discretion.  If appropriate, IAME may also take legal action against those users in violation of these terms. For any and all violations of these terms and agreement causing harm to others, you agree to hold IAME harmless against any liability for that harm.

SSI may provide users with the ability to link to third-party websites. In doing so, IAMEI does not recommend or endorse the content provided by any third-party websites, or third-party advertisements.  IAME is not responsible for the use of content accessed via linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites, which may differ from the SSI’s Terms of Use.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold IAME, its officers, and employees harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms of Use.
