The tuition for National Symposium on Stroke is $225 for physicians and $175 for residents/fellows, military (letter required), retired, nurses and sonographers. Registration includes lectures, hands-on instruction, the syllabus and all continental breakfasts and refreshments.

Early Bird registration applications must be postmarked by October 3, 2008. Registrations postmarked after that date are an additional $40.00. Funds should be in US dollars drawn on a US bank and made payable to IAME.

Cancellations received in writing up to two weeks prior to the course will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Due to space limitations, your application will be processed on a "firstcome, first-served" basis.
